Breaking Barriers. Empowering Communities. Connecting Resources.
About the Owner

MultiAccess Interpreting Services, LLC, is here to help you overcome communication barriers. We provide interpreting services for individuals and organizations in person and remotely. Founder and owner Paulette Melendez is a military dependent of a 100% disabled U.S. Army Veteran and a multilingual interpreter. She has a unique perspective on the importance of communication and resource access from her experiences living abroad and working with language-deprived students in Mexico.
Based on her experience as a veteran coordinator at the University of South Florida and Veteran Service Representative at the Department of Veterans Affairs, she noticed a lack of resources being provided to student veterans in conjunction with their VA Educational Benefits. She also saw a need for veteran guidance on navigating VA Disability compensation paperwork. With her expertise, she aims to provide valuable assistance to fellow veterans in need through her sister companies, Guided Innovation Strategies, and Veteran Readiness Consultations.
Paulette is committed to providing high-quality interpreting and consultation services to ensure everyone has equal access to the information they need. She uses her knowledge, experience, and dedication to provide high-quality services that ensure everyone can fully participate in whichever environment they operate in!
